Hope For the Journey

About Michelle

Michelle is a graduate of Cedarville College (before it became a University!) who has the privilege of working full-time from home in the medical coding field. She is dedicated to equipping women with biblical truth that provides a foundation of hope for every part of their journey.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:13

Michelle writes about finding hope in Jesus through all circumstances on her blog. She has been published in Living by Design and The Joyful Life magazines, as well as a contributing author for the devotional book, Shepherd on duty: Promises You Can Trust through Arabelle Publishing.

Michelle and her husband, Dave have taught premarital classes through the local church, and she facilitated a class on The Bible Project. Michelle is a member of COMPEL through Proverbs 31 Ministries.

Home for Michelle and her husband, Dave is in central Ohio. They have 3 teenage sons! Their days are full of lacrosse, ice hockey, video games, work, youth group, and friends.

In 2015 one of their twins was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. They have learned more than they could imagine about blood sugars, finger sticks and counting carbohydrates over the past six years. Caring for Lucas has grown them closer as a family and taught them to trust God on a deeper level.

When Michelle has free time she enjoys being in the woods, going for walks with her husband and dog, baking, chatting with friends over coffee, and spending time with family.

She is a Green Bay Packers fan, and the moose is her favorite animal. Michelle is a lover of all things Spring, including the storms, but she especially enjoys seeing the tulips bloom.
